The Patophysiology Of Allergic
the first time inclusion of allergen into the body of a person who consumes food but he has never been stricken with allergies, but when for the second time the person consuming the same foods seen incidence of allergy symptoms on the skin that person.after allergy signs appear, the antigen will recognize allergen who entered that will trigger the active T cells, where the T cells that will stimulate B cells to activate antibodies on mast cells secreted by basophils. when someone is experiencing the second time exposure by allergen the same then it will happen 2 things :
1. when were going on cytokine production by T cells, cytokine effect against various cell mainly in attracting inflammatory cells such as netrofil and eosinophils, giving rise to an inflammatory reaction that causes heat.
2. the allergen will directly enable antibodies (IgE) that stimulates the cell mast then releases histamine in great numbers then the histamine circulating inside the body through blood vessels.
when they reach the skin, allergen will led to the itch, pruiritus, angioderm, ultikaria, redness of the skin and dermatitis when they reach the lungs, allergen can trigger the onset of asthma.

Depending on the body part afflicted by allergies, for example :
