Heart Disease And Heart Disorder, Cardiac Therapy
Cardiac Drugs -heart medications are drugs that directly can restore the function of the heart muscle that bothered to normal state.
Heart Disorders And Heart Therapy
1. Myocardial Heart
Cardiac infraction or coronary thrombosis, commonly called a heart attack; is the situation where a frozen blood clots (thrombus) clogs an heart-vessels that distributes blood to the heart muscle.
thus a portion of the heart muscle is not receiving blood and oxygen again and dead (necrosis). when the area is spacious enough (necrosis) then the heart rate can be stopped entirely.
symptoms can be either a great pain behind the breastbone, uneasiness, incapable of moving the feet and the hands, the face of the blue heart pounding (tachycardia),
Treatment Of Myocardial Heart
performed by administering analgesic Narcotics (morphine, petidine, or duragesic) and tranquilzer (diazepam, droperidol, etc.) in order to fight the pain.
to prevent arrhythmia - arrhythmia especially a dangerous fibrillation foyer is often given lidocaine or disopiramida. all treatment is provided in the form of an injection to provide a rapid effect.
posmedication or prevention for the occurrence of a second attack can be rendered anti coagulant, lowering medications lipid blood and anti thrombotic (asetosal, dipiridamol). can also be given beta-blockers 9metaprolol or propanolol, timolol).
2. Angina Pectoralis
angina pectoralis is a disorder that arises as a result of heart muscle hypoxia (oxygen deficient) in physical or emotional and loading caused by; diminution of the arteries of the heart, myocardial heart, seizures, tachycardia, anemia or excellent or diminution aorta.
the symptoms is the onset of great pain under the sternum radiating to the left shoulder and upper arm, especially when walking (up stairs or proof) or soon after ward to eat, the pain will disappear when you stop or break.
Action To Reduce Attacks Of Angina Pectoralis :
do not smoke
avoid physical or mental burden is heavy
at least walking 1 hour per day to improve circulation in the heart
treating hypertension when there is hypertension
3. Arrhythmia
heart rhythm disorders (arrhythmia's) is a disorder in which the heart rate, speed of the porch (atrium), or cubicle (ventricular) beat faster or slower than normal, it can also be due to turmoil in the rhythm of the heart, such as very short pulses vibration, vibration or akstasistol.
The Treatment Of Arrhythmia
this critical circumstances can be fatal if not immediately in drugs, can be give anti-arrhythmia (lidocaine and disoporamide) for acute attacks or kiniding, prokainamida, and beta-blockers for prevention.
4. De-compensation Heart
in this disorder the heart no longer able to maintain the proper blood circulation and volume-min (cardiac output) decreases, e.g. due to infarction of heart or valve-a valve that doesn't work perfectly. the symptoms are difficult to breathing when lying down, face turn blue, and edema lungs.
Treatment Of De-compensation Heart
this state can be treated with medicine cardiac glycosides (digitoxin, dogoxin) for strengthening the contraction power weakened.
5 Shock
shock is a complication of a myocardial heart a very feared because it can be fatal, causes other beacuse great tachycardia, mycorditis and others, the treatment is done by nitropusida or sodium vasodilator with nitroglycerin.
Heart Drugs Classification :
1. Cardio-tonic
cardio-tonic helps to strengthen heart contractions up to volume-minute increase. the drugs included :
- digitalis folium
- dioxin
- digitoxin
2. Angina Pectoralis
angina pectoralis is a state where the heart of the lack of blood (ischemia), can be treated by vasodilator heart arteries, including the drug are :
- nitroglycerin
- dipiridomol
- lidoflazin
- prenilamin
- nipedipin
- diltiazem
- verapamil
- fendilin
- beta-blocker (proponolol, atenolol, pindolol, asebutolol)
3 . Anti Arrhythmia's
arrhythmia's is anti drug that can normalized heart rhythms and frequencies. the drugs included in this group are :
- kinidin
- disopiramida
- ajmalin
- prokkainamida
- aprindin
- lidocaine
- mexiletin
- amiodaron
- sotalol
